We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive the next chapter of Yiamas. This is a leadership role suited to a creative professional who values seasonality, authenticity, and consistency, while maintaining a strong commercial mindset.
As Head Chef, you will:

Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency

Design and evolve seasonal menus aligned with Yiamas’ modern Greek concept

Maintain strong supplier relationships with a focus on premium, local produce

Manage food costs, labour targets and stock control

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
