Role Description

Salary- $76515

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Specialist based in Perth, WA. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer engagement, and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities include creating marketing plans, identifying market trends, enhancing customer experiences, and collaborating across teams. Remote work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective collaboration and messaging
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research to analyze trends and customer preferences
  • Experience in formulating and executing Marketing Strategies to drive brand awareness
  • Sales and Customer Service expertise to enhance client relationships and promote customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work proactively in a hybrid environment balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the brewing industry and a passion for craft beer will be advantageous
