Nieuw Ruin has grown so much larger than we could have imagined when we started building two years ago. What started with a small bar snack menu grew into a dynamic, bustling restaurant service, run by a team of passionate young chefs. The journey’s been glorious. We’re now looking for a CDP to join the team and help to create more beautiful experiences.
