Mandatory Requirements
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a premium small bar or fine dining setting.
- In-depth understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to develop junior staff skills in food prep and menu development
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday.
