The Role

As the Front of House Manager, your mission is to orchestrate an unforgettable dining extravaganza. Working closely with our Head Chef, you’ll be the guest mastermind ensuring that every experience is a jaw-dropping spectacle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Choreographer: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like a hug from Grandma’s kitchen, all the while maintaining the utmost professionalism. Ensure each guest leaves with a smile that says, “I can’t wait to come back!”
  • Maestro of Service: Lead, inspire, and mentor our FOH team. Set the tone for excellent service, always striving for that standing ovation.
  • Crisis Navigator: In the chaos of a busy Saturday night, you’ll be the captain of the ship, navigating through the storms with ease. Stay calm under pressure and find solutions to keep the ship afloat.
  • Guest Relations Guru: Ensure that every guest feels like the star of the show. Handle guest feedback with grace and turn any sour notes into sweet harmonies.
  • Table Choreography: Master the art of seating arrangements and floor management. Know the dance of the servers and the flow of the dining room like the back of your hand.
  • Performance Metrics: Responsible for all FOH performance metrics, always seeking to fine-tune our operations. Contribute to revenue growth and cost control by monitoring sales, managing labour costs, and maintaining efficient service.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate functions, special events, parties, and celebrations with a touch of pizazz that leaves our guests and their loved ones wowed.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in Restaurant Management, ideally in high-volume and/or high-energy operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, because the ability to lead and inspire a team is your superpower.
