The Role
We are seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen brigade and manage all aspects of a kitchen operation at a Senior Management level – Rostering, COGS, Expense Control, Stock Control, Menu Costing with seasonal change and development, Recruitment, and Training. As the culinary captain of our ship, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating a symphony of flavours, managing a team of culinary artists, and delivering a dining experience that’s nothing short of memorable.

- Flavour Maestro: Create from scratch an ever-evolving menu that showcases your culinary genius. Experiment with ingredients, techniques, and presentation to tantalise even the most discerning palates.

- Quality Control Freak: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, freshness, and consistency. Only ‘freaking amazing’ makes it out of your kitchen.
- Budget Sorcerer: Cast spells that keep the food costs in check, without compromising on the quality and creativity of your dishes.
