Assistant Manager – Retail Independant Bottleshop – Dunsborough Cellars

Dunsborough Cellars is an Award Winning Busy Independant Liquor Store in Dunsborough.We have a small capable team od passionate staff that provide a great level of service to our community and local Industries.

The shop has recently been renovated to a modern stylish space and has just been awarded Best Liquor Store in W.A. 2023 by the Liquor Stores Association.

We are looking for an organised person to report to the Store Managerand owners. Direct responsibility would cover some ordering, maintaining relationships with local suppliers as well as co-ordinating and facilitating Functions and enquiries.

The role would also have responsibilities in leading and directing staff on shifts as well as Approved Manager duties.

This position is a full time salaried role with a good Roster. All previous experience and ability will be considered for the remuneration.

 

Mandatory Requirements

The following attributes of the applicant would be favourable, however we are more than willing to work with applicants who we think would be a good fit for our team; Past experience in FMCG, Retail/Hospitality or similar role. Organised and purposeful with good time management skills. Ability to lead or have past leadership experience Product Knowledge Stock contro; and rotation Good customer service skills or intrest in the Liquor Industry Be available for some weekends/early evenings. A very good weekly shift roster is available, ensuring good work life balance.
